• Participate in requirements elicitation meetings • Document requirements using different techniques • Collaborate with business and development teams • Triage testing defects related to requirements • Participate in and contribute to project status meetings • Work alongside experienced Consumer Finance associates on professional day-to-day departmental work • Participate in internship learning and development activities, including networking, leader talks, career counseling, presentations, final presentations, and volunteering
• Progress towards a bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline • Rising junior or rising senior status • Approximate graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029 • Availability to work 40 hours per week for 10–12 weeks during the summer • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States • Ability to work Central or Eastern Time Zone business hours, or willingness to do so • Foundational analytical, critical-thinking, and reasoning skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Good interpersonal, consultative, and facilitation skills • Self-motivated, organized, and effective time management skills • Prior internship experience preferred • Balancing education and a part-time job during the school year preferred • Participation in university clubs preferred
