• Act as a liaison between Disputes leadership and Finance teams to gather data, resolve issues and recommend solutions. • Perform reconciliation of variances between projected versus actual dispute-related financial performance. • Partner with Finance to create forecasts and plans for dispute volumes, resolution costs and operational impacts. • Monitor and report dispute performance against financial and operational plans; recommend remediation strategies for variances. • Understand dispute-related KPIs and their impact on short and long-term financial performance. • Develop and maintain cost models for dispute services, incorporating impacts into forecast and future plans. • Provide trend, ratio and sensitivity analysis on dispute performance and financial outcomes. • Create presentations and reports for SVPs and leadership, highlighting dispute performance, risks and opportunities. • Evaluate new initiatives in dispute handling (ex: automation, vendor partnerships) through financial modeling and ROI analysis. • Partner with project sponsors to assess post-implementation results of dispute-related initiatives. • Perform other duties as assigned.
• Five (5) years of experience in financial planning and forecasting and/or financial analysis including cost/pricing analysis or related experience required. • Knowledge of financial services preferred. • Demonstrates ability to present effectively virtually and in person and appeals to multiple layers of the organization. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence at all organization levels. • Ability to manage multiple projects, work in fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines. • Demonstrated excellent analytical and quantitative skills. • Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment in making decisions. • Ability to travel as needed, less than 25%.
