📋 Description

• Manage a team of Commercialization Managers that will deliver VIP Client Product Enablement and go to market programs. • Ensure consistent best practices are implemented and leveraged across all projects. • Ensure commercialization plans are developed to ensure the ability to sell, implement and support. • Support and deliver go to market related activities, including management of Velera & vendor roadmaps. • Execute the beta process and ensure client and organizational success as solutions are launched. • Refine commercialization standard practices and ensure consistent best practices are adhered to across all projects. • Define and incorporate metrics to best express quality and readiness as well as the value of the process. • Drive transparency, commitment and collaboration with teams such as Sales, Project Delivery, Marketing, Legal, Finance and more. • Develop and implement short-term and long-term team goals and objectives. • Execute a robust Pilot Process, including referenceable clients. • Provide direction and leadership to staff; guide, coach, mentor and develop staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. • Project Management Certification or related training/certification preferred. • Seven (7) years experience in Product Management, Project Management and/or related field. • Three (3) years of direct leadership experience. • Experience in financial services, card payments, banking, and related products and processes highly preferred.
