📋 Description

• Lead analysis and review of product enhancement requests and oversee creation of business requirements • Serve as an internal and external escalation point for assigned products and applications • Collaborate with Training, Operations, Information Technology, Administration, and Finance to define product objectives and goals • Execute product strategies with Velera departments • Identify risks during feasibility and development; communicate issues to senior product management and leadership • Develop market test scenarios and secure end-user approval for product rollout • Develop product documentation, procedures, and training • Report and update product and solution performance information to the strategic product manager • Lead research, analyze required modifications and impacts, and communicate with affected areas • Coordinate and present seminars and training • Conduct meetings to support development and track and communicate progress • Attend Velera-sponsored and industry events as needed • Serve as primary liaison to Operational Support departments • Maintain departmental proficiency and provide backup for other products and services • Participate in or lead cross-functional teams developing and implementing new or enhanced products and services • Oversee mandate and industry product impacts and partner with marketing on communications • Direct product commercialization duties involving mandates, industry requirements, or vendor replacements • Maintain, lead, and respond to product-focused servicing ticket inquiries • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Combined four (4) years of product management, technical product implementations, and/or business systems analysis supporting technical products experience required • Experience with the financial, credit union industry and core or account processing required • This role is currently not eligible for sponsorship • Must comply with applicable work authorization requirements
