📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Current **CA State License ** • Strong job stability • Solid academic credentials • Recent and meaningful experience in the relevant practice area • **No insurance defense backgrounds** (especially where insurer conflicts may arise) • Hybrid schedule: **1–2 WFH days/week** after training • **Training period (first ~3 months): in-office daily**
