📋 Description
• Own the roadmap for your product area • Define and communicate a clear product vision • Make prioritization decisions and clearly communicate tradeoffs • Conduct customer interviews and data analysis • Partner with Design to prototype and test AI-human interaction patterns • Write detailed product specs • Work daily with Engineering and Design • Ship iteratively • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing • Present product updates to executive leadership • Champion Cobalt's 'human-verified AI' approach • Partner with Engineering and Legal
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of product management experience • Proven ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear user value propositions • Strong analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Experience in high-stakes industries (security, fintech, healthcare, defense) • Experience working closely with engineering teams
