• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. • Problem-solving and decision-making skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the globe. • Ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to stakeholders who may not have a technical background. • Proficiency in analyzing Website and Social Media data to understand user behavior and identify areas for improvement. • Knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing to experiment with different elements on a website and landing page. • Understanding of UX principles to enhance the user journey. • Understanding of customer behavior to tailor optimization strategies that encourage conversions on web and social media. • Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. • Strong analytical skills. • Experience with web testing tools like Sitecore Personalize. • Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track performance. • Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices to guide and support the team effectively. • Has worked in a digital marketing role within the medical device areas • Experience within the hearing market e.g. implantable hearing or hearing aid markets.
