📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end record retrieval for assigned customers and providers. • Build, standardize, and continuously improve playbooks for high-volume hospitals, billing groups, and provider networks. • Ensure accuracy and compliance for ROIs, affidavits, billing records, and complete document sets with zero rework. • Surface workflow improvements and partner with engineering and product to help automate repetitive steps. • Collaborate with teammates to share learnings, standardize best practices, and raise the quality bar. • Reduce average days-to-receipt across assigned providers. • Document, share, and enable reuse of facility playbooks. • Deliver complete, compliant record sets without follow-up rework. • Contribute ongoing process and product improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant prior experience in legal record retrieval, including familiarity with the retrieval process, providers, and records. • Strong work ethic and ownership mindset. • Excellent communication skills and comfort calling provider offices and following up. • Organized and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple requests. • Comfortable learning and using new tools and workflows. • Team-oriented approach focused on process improvement.
