📋 Description

• Provide high-level professional and administrative support to Product Development • Support product schedule tracking by maintaining timelines, aligning dependencies, and surfacing risks, changes, and decisions • Maintain product documentation and artifact organization, including requirements, meeting notes, approvals, and supporting files • Coordinate vendor and cross-divisional communication, including scheduling touchpoints, distributing agendas and recaps, and following up on open items and approvals • Track deliverables and readiness milestones, confirm owners and due dates, monitor status, and escalate blockers • Support build-to-launch execution, including reviews, readiness checklists, and handoffs to enablement/operations teams • Foster effective working relationships through clear communication and collaboration • Collaborate with senior staff and cross-functional teams to ensure aligned and efficient operations • Perform related or unrelated tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of related project, product (or related) coordination experience in educational or professional environment required; or a combination of education and related experience • Experience with scheduling communication tools and software preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across a wide variety of audiences • Ability to organize, manage, and implement multiple tasks simultaneously • Perform with high levels of integrity, initiative, and tenacity • Ability to work independently and take professional initiative • Ability to create and maintain cooperative working relationships with others • Ability to work and communicate effectively using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software and web-based applications
