📋 Description

• Receive inbound calls and conduct case intake from a queue for 6-8 hours per day • Provide consultation on general policy questions, drive resolution for less complex cases • Identify cases requiring escalation and complete required documentation • Answer basic questions and refer managers to the correct Employee Relations Tools or resources as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Call Center experience, specifically intake • Working in case management systems • HR / ER experience
