📋 Description

• Manage multiple Cogstate projects overseeing delivery of Cogstate Services • Independently lead complex global clinical trial projects, including projects with new service offerings • Manage clinical trials through Start-Up, Conduct, and Close-Out phases across multiple projects • Manage client relationships as the main point of contact for studies and sponsor portfolios • Proactively manage risks and guide teams through challenges • Attend Investigator Meetings as needed and represent Cogstate • Work in an Agile environment with a Portfolio Team • Oversee resourcing and financials across a portfolio of projects • Generate invoices and forecast invoicing based on study timelines and progress • Maintain the change order process • Oversee internal projects for implementing new technologies and optimizing workflows • Develop operational deployment plans, training, playbooks, and support processes for new systems • Collaborate with Business Development and project teams on key-account proposals • Line-manage or indirectly manage and mentor project management and clinical operations staff • Analyze project hours and budget utilization and make course corrections • Review Work Orders and determine project deliverables and timelines • Ensure accurate service-delivery and progress reporting to internal and external stakeholders • Participate in internal and external audits and inspections • Support metrics reporting to sponsors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, business, or technical discipline (psychology, nursing, biology, sociology, computer science, or engineering) • 7+ years of project management experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO environment • Experience with the pharmaceutical development process • Experience managing a full workload of clinical projects and/or internal development projects • Experience with direct and indirect people management • Special aptitude and interest in scientific and technical information • Ability to motivate and mentor project and portfolio teams • Ability to work in an agile environment and deliver against tight timelines • Previous CNS experience • Relationship management experience • Microsoft Office proficiency • Budget management experience • Previous CRO experience preferable • Supervisory/mentoring experience preferred but not mandatory • Master's degree preferred but not mandatory • PMP Certification preferred but not mandatory
