📋 Description

• Manage and maintain formulary configurations in TruDataRx’s proprietary system, ensuring alignment with P&T decisions, account-specific requirements, and industry standards utilizing MediSpan and NDC standards • Monitor and implement formulary changes, including tiering, exclusions, and utilization management attributes, as directed by the Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee and Account Management • Identify and troubleshoot system or configuration issues, escalating as needed • Proactively contribute to system optimization and process improvement initiatives • Support regular quality control reviews to ensure formulary accuracy and data integrity • Prepare and update Prescription Drug Lists and other reports for internal teams and client deliverables • Serve as a resource to internal teams on formulary-related questions • Collaborate with the P&T Committee, Account Management, and IT to troubleshoot and optimize system inefficiencies • Determine whether formulary issues stem from configuration or system function and surface ways to address them

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in formulary operations for a pharmacy benefit manager, or a related field • Strong knowledge of GPI identifiers and comfort with MediSpan and NDC-derived data • Proficiency in pharmaceutical classifications, drug data, and formulary logic • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and formulary configuration • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot system and process inefficiencies with a continuous improvement mindset • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment • Ability to get things done with resources you don’t control • Willingness to admit you don’t know and ask for help • Exhibit constant curiosity and a drive to problem solve • Exhibit desire to learn and grow on a continuous basis
