📋 Description

• Structure complex, ambiguous strategic problems for Coinbase's leadership team and develop actionable recommendations backed by data and quantitative modeling. • Build business cases and financial models that identify new opportunities and directly inform Institutional product and go-to-market strategy. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of competitive positioning, peer benchmarks, and the evolving crypto landscape to sharpen strategic recommendations. • Design and implement experiments to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and drive measurable changes across Institutional products. • Own problems end-to-end, from initial framing through analysis, recommendation, and implementation, not just the slide deck. • Strengthen team capabilities by improving existing processes, frameworks, and operational tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or product strategy, with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end strategic workstreams. • Proven ability to build quantitative models and business cases that have directly influenced executive or leadership decisions. • Familiarity with institutional finance, capital markets, or crypto/digital assets markets. • Track record of delivering clear, concise written and verbal recommendations to senior stakeholders in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. • Exposure to SQL and BI tools (e.g., Hex, Superset, Looker) or crypto analytics tools (e.g., Dune Analytics, Etherscan) is a plus but not required. • Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
