📋 Description
• Own the CLM technology roadmap and backlog • Lead in-house builds and workflow development • Drive AI enablement for the Legal Operations team • Develop and manage the comprehensive contracts reporting framework • Communicate roadmap enhancements, program outcomes, and strategic recommendations • Lead large, cross-functional contracts initiatives end-to-end
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of program or project management experience within Legal Operations, contract management, or a technology-driven operations function • Demonstrated experience owning a technology roadmap and backlog • Expert-level, hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems (Ironclad required) • Proven ability to drive AI and automation adoption within a team • Working knowledge of legal technology and AI-driven contract review tools • Utilizes generative AI responsibly
