📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs from problem definition through launch and post-launch follow-up, ensuring scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics are defined and tracked • Drive the operating cadence for programs through kickoffs, status reviews, dashboards, and risk tracking across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and business partners • Identify risks and cross-team dependencies proactively, drive mitigations, and escalate when leadership decisions are needed • Partner with Engineering leads to evaluate technical trade-offs around reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability • Translate product and business goals into executable program plans and define program-level KPIs for prioritization and decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering leader, or similar role driving large technical programs in a high-growth consumer technology company • Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives through significant ambiguity, tight timelines, and regulatory constraints, with demonstrated ability to drive programs independently from early framing through launch • Technical fluency in modern distributed systems sufficient to engage with Staff+ engineers on architecture, design trade-offs, and sequencing decisions • Experience defining program-level KPIs and using dashboards and data to guide prioritization, with a track record of influencing outcomes without direct authority across Product, Engineering, and business teams • Familiarity with trading, brokerage, payments, or other high-throughput fintech products, or with crypto, web3, or DeFi ecosystems • Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality
