📋 Description

• Own end-to-end financial deliverables, including forecasting, reporting, and analysis • Ensure annual budget and monthly planning cycles are met accurately • Drive month-end close through detailed variance analysis • Partner with Accounting to maintain financial data integrity • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities • Surface the rationale behind financial results proactively • Serve as a trusted financial advisor to Platform leadership • Prepare and present analysis during business reviews • Translate complex data into clear recommendations • Build and maintain financial models quantifying risks, opportunities, and investment trade-offs

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or similar fast-paced finance environment • Track record managing large-scale OpEx budgets (headcount, infrastructure, AI, contractors) across multiple cost centers • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders on resource allocation and investment decisions through clear, actionable financial analysis • Advanced financial modeling skills • SQL proficiency for data analysis • Hands-on experience with planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, NetSuite) or data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) • Ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots (e.g., LibreChat, Gemini, Glean) in daily workflows • Ability to continuously learn as tools evolve and apply human-in-the-loop practices • Maximum of 3 applications within a 6-month period
