📋 Description

• Grow CoinPoker's casino and sports betting affiliate book in the region • Source, negotiate, and close new affiliate deals across review and comparison sites, bonus and offer platforms, tipsters, streamers, content publishers, and community channels • Structure CPA, revenue-share, and hybrid arrangements within agreed commercial guardrails, escalating exceptions to senior management • Build and maintain a pipeline of new affiliate opportunities • Act as the day-to-day contact for the regional partner book • Manage partner communications, relationship growth, and performance • Optimise positioning, placements, offers, and creative assets for signup conversion and FTD generation • Monitor deal-level and cohort-level performance, including traffic quality, player value, bonus abuse, and cost efficiency • Renegotiate or cut underperforming and low-quality deals • Report on new deals, pipeline, book performance, risks, and opportunities • Maintain accurate partner records, deal terms, and payment schedules

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record sourcing and closing casino and/or sports betting affiliate deals in the region • Demonstrated FTD and NGR performance results, with ability to explain the commercial decisions behind them • Established relationships within the regional casino or sports betting affiliate landscape, or ability to build them quickly • Strong working knowledge of CPA, revenue-share, hybrid, and fixed-fee affiliate deal structures • Understanding of positioning and placement economics • Experience monitoring traffic quality and player cohort performance • Ability to identify bonus abuse and low-value traffic • Experience renegotiating or cutting deals based on data • Strong negotiation and commercial judgment • Experience operating within commercial guardrails and escalating when required • Ability to independently manage a growing partner book, including reporting, deal administration, and payment accuracy
