📋 Description

• Source, negotiate, and close new poker affiliate deals across the region • Structure CPA, rev share, rakeback-based, and hybrid arrangements within agreed commercial guardrails • Escalate terms to senior management when they fall outside agreed guardrails • Build and maintain a pipeline of new affiliate opportunities across the regional landscape • Balance rakeback and deal costs against player volume, longevity, and net contribution • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for the regional partner book • Manage partner communication, relationship growth, and performance-focused partner management • Monitor deal-level and cohort-level performance, including traffic quality, rake generation, and player longevity • Renegotiate or cut underperforming or low-quality sources • Report on new deals closed, pipeline, book performance, key risks, and opportunities • Maintain accurate partner records, deal terms, and payment schedules

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record sourcing and closing poker affiliate deals, with acquisition and rake results to demonstrate • Strong understanding of poker and poker player economics, including rakeback structures, player segments, and long-term player value • Established relationships within the regional poker affiliate and community landscape, or demonstrated ability to build them quickly • Strong working knowledge of CPA, rev share, rakeback-based, and hybrid poker affiliate deal structures • Demonstrated experience monitoring cohort quality, rake generation, and player longevity • Experience renegotiating or cutting deals based on performance data • Strong negotiation and commercial judgment • Experience operating within commercial guardrails and knowing when to escalate
