📋 Description

• Edit long-form videos end to end for CoinPoker's YouTube channel and ambassador, partner, and collaboration content • Ingest and review raw footage, then handle structure, pacing, sound design, graphics, colour, and final delivery • Shape poker footage into engaging stories built around narrative, tension, and compelling moments • Craft strong openings and maintain audience retention through to the payoff • Adapt tone, pacing, and style to each channel, ambassador, and partner audience • Complete finishing work including sound design, music, captions, motion graphics, and on-screen elements • Apply structural feedback and retention findings from weekly reviews to improve subsequent cuts • Manage an edit pipeline across multiple channels and deliver against the content calendar and turnaround expectations • Coordinate with ambassador and partnerships teams on footage, briefs, and turnaround • Use AI and modern editing tools to accelerate mechanical editing work

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio of long-form edits that held audiences, with ability to explain structural decisions • Real understanding of poker as content, including hands, players, personalities, stakes, and stories • Strong story instincts in structure, pacing, and tension • Discipline to cut content that does not earn its place • Strong finishing craft in sound design, music, captions, motion graphics, and colour • Ability to adapt style and tone across different channels or brands • Ability to manage a personal edit pipeline across multiple channels • Ability to deliver reliably against a content calendar • Comfort applying structural feedback and retention findings • Fluency with a professional editing stack • Familiarity with AI tooling where it genuinely helps
