📋 Description

• Edit long-form videos end to end for CoinPoker's YouTube channel and ambassador, partner, and collaboration content • Ingest and review raw footage • Shape poker footage into structured stories with strong pacing, tension, and narrative payoff • Craft strong openings and maintain audience retention throughout each video • Adapt tone, pacing, and style to each channel, ambassador, or partner audience • Handle sound design, music, captions, motion graphics, colour, and on-screen elements • Apply structural feedback and weekly retention findings to subsequent cuts • Flag what is and is not working in provided footage • Manage an edit pipeline across multiple channels and deliver against the content calendar • Coordinate with ambassador and partnerships teams on footage, briefs, and turnaround • Use AI and modern editing tools for mechanical editing tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio of long-form edits that held audiences • Ability to explain structural decisions behind video edits • Real understanding of poker as content, including players, personalities, stakes, and stories • Story instincts including structure, pacing, and tension • Strong finishing craft across sound design, music, captions, motion graphics, and colour • Ability to adapt style and tone across different channels or brands • Ability to manage a personal edit pipeline across multiple channels • Ability to deliver reliably against a content calendar • Comfort applying structural feedback and retention findings • Fluency with a professional editing stack • Familiarity with AI tooling where it genuinely helps
