📋 Description

• Develop long-form video concepts and productions for CoinPoker’s YouTube channel and ambassador, partner, and collaboration content • Plan and source required footage from streams, tournament coverage, commissioned shoots, and ambassador or partner material • Shape video stories and structures from concept through edit direction • Direct edits or brief and review editors, ensuring quality, pacing, and alignment with title and thumbnail promises • Adapt concepts, tone, and style to different channels, ambassadors, and partners • Own production schedules across multiple channels and deliver content against the content calendar • Apply retention findings and performance feedback to future concepts and edits • Coordinate with ambassador and partnerships teams on concepts, footage, briefs, and turnaround • Use AI and modern production and editing tools to improve output

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio of long-form video that held audiences • Ability to explain video concepts and structural decisions, ideally with performance metrics • Real understanding of poker as content, including players, personalities, stakes, and stories • Ability to take a video from concept to finished piece • Experience developing ideas, sourcing or organising footage, and shaping stories • Strong story and structure instincts • Ability to plan and manage production across multiple videos and channels • Ability to adapt concepts and tone across different channels or brands • Fluency with a professional editing and production stack • Fluency with AI tooling where it genuinely helps
