📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive telehealth evaluations and assessments of children • Create individualized treatment plans based on assessments, family goals, and professional input • Deliver evidence-based speech therapy interventions through telehealth • Provide speech therapy supporting articulation, comprehension, communication, cognitive, sensory, and emotional development • Coach and support families, caregivers, and teachers in reinforcing therapeutic goals • Monitor and document client progress through virtual visits • Adjust therapy plans and provide updates to families and referring physicians • Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals • Educate families and children about adaptive tools, strategies, and techniques • Use telehealth platforms efficiently and maintain accurate client interaction records

🎯 Requirements

• Fully licensed CCC-SLP only • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state where services are provided • Prior pediatric speech therapy experience preferred, preferably with telehealth delivery • Applicants living in California or Massachusetts cannot be hired • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones and therapeutic techniques • Proficiency with telehealth technology and platforms • Ability to work independently with responsibility and professionalism • Empathy and patience when working with children and families • Access to a quiet, secure space for virtual therapy sessions • Reliable internet connection and proficiency with video conferencing tools • Ability to work with a diverse population of children and families • Background check and references required • Flexible availability, with greatest need in afternoons/evenings and weekends as needed
