📋 Description

• Complete initial evaluations and required re-evaluations for patients on your caseload • Develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings, family goals, and patient needs • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions through virtual platforms • Provide coaching, education, and strategies to families, caregivers, and teachers • Track and document patient progress • Work alongside Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, physicians, and other professionals to provide coordinated care

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy required • Active Occupational Therapy license in the state where services are provided (primarily Texas) • Pediatric occupational therapy experience preferred • Telehealth experience is a plus • Comfortable using technology and learning new platforms • Able to manage a caseload, documentation, scheduling, and family communication independently
