📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive telehealth assessments to identify each child’s strengths and needs • Create individualized, goal-oriented therapy plans in collaboration with families and care teams • Provide evidence-based interventions through virtual platforms to promote functional independence • Guide parents, caregivers, and educators on strategies to support progress at home and in daily routines • Monitor, document, and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing client progress • Partner with multidisciplinary professionals (e.g., speech therapists, physical therapists, pediatricians) to ensure coordinated care • Recommend adaptive tools and techniques to enhance daily functioning • Effectively use telehealth platforms and maintain accurate, compliant documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Washington State • Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (required) • Active Washington State Occupational Therapist license • Pediatric OT experience required; telehealth experience strongly preferred • Strong written and verbal communication • Knowledge of pediatric development and therapeutic techniques • Comfort with telehealth platforms and digital tools • Ability to work independently with professionalism and accountability • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care • Ability to obtain Tricare credentialing prior to start (support provided) • Private, secure workspace for conducting virtual sessions • Reliable high-speed internet connection • Ability to serve diverse populations and family needs • Successful completion of background check and reference verification
