📋 Description
• Evaluate and treat impairments including lower extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, and environmental safety needs • Provide intensive, individualized, one-on-one treatment in patients' homes and communities • Create and implement integrated treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams • Use creative, evidence-based treatment approaches addressing functional goals • Treat patients with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neurological or complex orthopedic diagnoses
🎯 Requirements
• Completion of Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy • State licensure • Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders • Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills • Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers
