📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables meet client expectations • Serve as the primary client contact during implementation, understanding needs and providing expert guidance • Develop and conduct training sessions for client stakeholders • Customize and configure software solutions to meet client needs while following best practices • Identify and resolve implementation-related issues and challenges • Document implementation processes, configurations, and client-specific requirements • Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to implement and deploy new products • Complete at least three customer implementations from kickoff through go-live over two quarters • Build understanding of the Collectly platform, implementation framework, tools, systems, and delivery methodology

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software implementation within the healthcare industry or healthcare SaaS • Proven track record of successfully managing complex implementation projects from initiation to completion • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with healthcare software systems • Ability to comprehend technical concepts for effective communication with development teams • Strong interpersonal and client relationship-building skills • Ability to analyze issues, think critically, and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment • Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively within and across departments • Adaptability and comfort with giving and receiving feedback • Foundational understanding of revenue cycle management, including patient billing, collections workflows, and payer dynamics • Experience implementing SaaS-based solutions, ideally in healthcare or revenue cycle management environments • Familiarity with cloud-based deployment models, system integrations such as APIs and EHR/PM systems, data migration, and configuration best practices
