📋 Description

• Develop and improve core data models for reporting and analytics across an integrated collectibles buying, vaulting, and selling platform • Conduct in-depth analyses to optimize customer experience flows, identify opportunities, and inform business strategy • Synthesize analytical findings and make recommendations to stakeholders • Partner with data platform, engineering, and product teams to define key metrics • Build automated reports and dashboards to evaluate business performance and provide actionable insights to executives and stakeholders • Lead and manage growth initiatives using strategic insights

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant product, data, or analytics role • Marketplace or ecommerce experience preferred • Expert experience pulling large, complex datasets using SQL • Experience building data abstractions to support reporting and analysis • Experience building data pipelines with dbt is a plus • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Lightdash, Mode, or Looker • Deep analytical thinking and ability to use data to drive impact • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized and detail oriented • Bachelor's degree in a required field • Master's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field strongly preferred • Highly autonomous, great with ambiguity, and bias for action • Must be authorized to work in the United States
