📋 Description

• Partner with Engineering, Design, Product, and business stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle • Shape and prioritize product plans that solve customer problems and deliver company goals • Focus on mission-critical, high-priority business and technology initiatives • Communicate project inception, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders • Develop and run training and educational programs • Design and share processes and documents that provide development teams autonomy while maintaining scalable standardization • Break down complex, ambiguous problems and drive execution • Solve problems through automation and process improvement • Contribute to strategic roadmap prioritization with key stakeholders • Deliver success management across multiple stakeholders • Support the developer operations environment, new business creation, and migration of existing businesses • Understand and advocate for the customer

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management and/or technical program management experience in a modern product or engineering organization operating in an agile environment • Experience working on hardware, logistics, manufacturing, or other operationally intensive products and/or software programs preferred • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and tools such as Jira or other work management software • Depth of experience in technical program management practices, including coordinating dependencies across teams, reporting on milestones, outcomes, and blockers, and leading successful releases/deployments across complex initiatives • Proven ability to leverage AI tools such as Claude Cowork, Glean, or similar technologies in day-to-day work • Strategic, highly collaborative leadership ability • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
