📋 Description

• Own Assessment Delivery Operations’ demand-forecasting and capacity-optimization models end to end • Develop, validate, and deploy forecasting, optimization, simulation, predictive, and policy-impact models • Build demand-forecasting pipelines for assessments • Develop real-options and capacity-optimization models to minimize committed costs while preserving scalability • Deliver analytics reporting and dashboards for operational metrics and faster decision-making • Research and adopt modern analytic tools and methods, including AI-assisted coding and data synthesis • Improve model reliability and reusability • Partner with Product, Program, Operations, Technology, Finance, and customer-experience teams • Model and reduce cross-program pain points in customer-flow analysis • Coordinate budgetary assumptions, cost drivers, and variance tracking • Translate analytic findings into recommendations shaping operational decisions • Shape the analytics roadmap and advise on technical feasibility, sequencing, and tradeoffs • Translate ambiguous operational problems into structured analytic approaches • Report to the Senior Director, Data Analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of practical data analysis experience, including leading analytics work in a professional setting • Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, economics, or another quantitative field (required) • Advanced data analytics skills in forecasting, statistical analysis, and cost assessment • Experience with predictive modeling, statistical analysis, optimization, forecasting, cost assessment, or decision support strongly preferred • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and delivering measurable results • Experience applying analytics to operational, customer experience, or process-improvement challenges in government, education, technology, or service-based industry • Ability to travel 4–6 times a year to College Board offices or on behalf of College Board business • Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, willingness to adopt AI-driven solutions, and comfort learning new digital tools independently • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills • Authorization to work in the United States
