• Lead delivery and implementation of CollegeSpring’s program across assigned partner organizations • Ensure educators and partners receive training, coaching, resources, and implementation support • Design, deliver, and strengthen educator and supervisor training and capacity-building programs • Monitor implementation quality, educator adoption, partner feedback, and student outcomes • Serve as primary relationship lead for key partner accounts from implementation through renewal • Lead partner renewal processes, identify expansion opportunities, and support new partnership launches • Communicate CollegeSpring’s value and impact through presentations, updates, reports, and data-informed storytelling • Lead, coach, and develop the Program Experience team • Build scalable implementation practices, planning processes, quality standards, and organizational capacity • Align people, priorities, and resources across departments to advance organizational goals and student impact
• Bachelor's degree required • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in education, customer success, instructional leadership, curriculum development, program implementation, and/or related fields • Significant experience partnering with K–12 school districts • Commitment to leveraging technology, artificial intelligence, and emerging innovations • Instructional expertise as a classroom teacher, curriculum developer, instructional coach, or professional learning leader • Deep understanding of effective pedagogy and educator capacity building • Demonstrated success building trusted relationships across school systems • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills • Experience designing and delivering presentations, leading large-group and virtual learning experiences, and developing practical resources • Ability to navigate complex educational systems, balance stakeholder needs, and drive high-quality execution • Deep commitment to educational equity and understanding of formative assessment, educator coaching, and professional learning • Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods • Ability to lift, carry, or transport materials and/or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs • Preferred: advanced degree in Education, Public Policy, Public Administration, Educational Leadership, or related field • Preferred: experience with digital learning platforms, learning management systems, or educational technology • Preferred: experience with college and career readiness programs and SAT, ACT, TSIA2, or ACCUPLACER assessments • Preferred: experience in education nonprofits, school districts, or edtech organizations
