• Analyze vehicle systems module scan data to determine necessary calibrations, ensuring compliance with OEM repair requirements after collisions and repairs. • Evaluate vehicle damage and repairs using photos and repair estimates. • Use automotive service information programs to identify proper repair procedures and communicate requirements effectively. • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure efficient and productive administrative duties. • Build strong relationships, deliver consistent results, and clearly explain ADAS recalibration needs to repair center personnel. • Engage in ongoing training sessions and maintain certifications as required. • Manage remote work effectively, maintaining high standards of customer service and adhering to company policies.
• Minimum of one year in automotive or collision repairs; ADAS experience preferred. • Knowledge of vehicle module scan data, automotive diagnostics, and the ability to use scan tools and factory software. • ASE or I-CAR certifications are preferred. • Ability to work remotely with adequate internet access and manage multiple PC monitors. • Self-motivated, positive attitude with a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. • Must have a valid driver's license and pass an MVR check.
