📋 Description

• Work with lighting vendors and project sales representatives • Coordinate buyout strategies to fulfill project needs based on drawings and specifications • Create competitive lighting packages • Negotiate fair market quotes for clients • Establish lasting relationships with vendors and clients • Analyze drawings and develop solutions • Coordinate project fulfillment and bring projects to completion • Work as an integral member of the Colonial Major Projects team • Adapt to changing priorities and new software or programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Experience in procurement, vendor relations, negotiating, or project fulfillment is indicated by the role title and duties, but no minimum years are specified • Ability to communicate, present, and negotiate • Ability to shape projects • Outgoing, positive attitude • Professionalism • Ability to adapt to new priorities • Experience with Excel, Word, and Google equivalents • Ability to communicate effectively with peers and customers • Ability to see the big picture • Ability to partner with team members to complete projects • Ability to stay organized under pressure • Ability to make independent decisions • Ability to adapt to new software and programs • Interest in teamwork, negotiation, analyzing drawings, developing relationships, critical thinking, and innovative problem solving • Applicants must complete the required assessments to be considered
