📋 Description

• Respond to emails, phone calls, and Slack messages in a timely, professional manner • Provide helpful and compassionate support to students, families, schools, and district partners • Escalate serious issues to Leads and Managers as needed • Monitor and respond to emails in the shared transportation inbox • Collaborate with team members to resolve service concerns quickly and thoughtfully • Follow daily task checklists and CST processes with accuracy • Manage and delegate shared inbox tasks • Report 3-day no-shows and execute radio checks as needed • Proactively communicate when email or Slack backlogs occur

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) • Excellent time management and inbox organization skills • Previous experience in customer-facing roles preferred • Must have access to a reliable computer and internet
