📋 Description

• Respond to and handle customer inquiries in Danish, German, and French • Provide support with technical issues and general customer inquiries • Work closely with the team and clients as part of agile projects • Document complex cases and escalate them efficiently • Contribute to a 360° customer experience for clients in the e-commerce sector • Actively contribute to customer communication processes

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and French, as well as good German skills • Experience in customer service • Strong technical aptitude • Structured and independent approach to work • Confident use of digital tools • Experience working remotely • Experience in e-commerce is a plus • Availability of 15–25 hours per week • Empathy and reliability • Ability to remain professional in stressful situations
