• Ensure smooth operations outside regular business hours by managing caregiver call-offs • Arrange shift coverage and, in rare cases, provide direct care for critical shifts • Respond promptly to caregiver call-offs and manage shift scheduling during after hours • Secure replacement caregivers for open shifts to ensure uninterrupted client care • Maintain clear and professional communication with caregivers, clients, and management • Document all call-offs, schedule changes, and shift coverage details accurately
• Wellsys scheduling experience required • High School Diploma or G.E.D certificate preferred • 1 year of caregiving experience or relevant certifications (CNA, HHA, HCA, PCA preferred but not required) • Ability to pass a criminal background check
