• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, catheter emptying, grooming, and other daily living activities • Provide companionship and emotional support • Prepare and plan meals according to dietary needs • Monitor and record clients’ health and report changes to healthcare professionals • Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments and activities • Maintain a clean and safe client environment • Follow care plans and protect client confidentiality and dignity • Communicate with clients, families, and team members • Provide compassionate in-home care as a Personal Care Aide for ComForCare Home Health Care
• High school diploma or equivalent • Certification in caregiving preferred • Prior experience in personal care or home health care is a plus • Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes • Must pass background checks and drug screenings • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends • Must be at least 18 years of age • Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation
