📋 Description

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for multiple company-owned locations • Ensure operational excellence, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and outstanding client service • Lead and mentor local management teams to achieve performance and service excellence • Conduct regular SWOT analyses to anticipate business challenges and drive solutions • Drive revenue growth and profitability across all assigned locations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in multi-site or regional management, preferably within healthcare, homecare, or a related service industry • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Proven record of achieving business growth and operational excellence • Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or risk management preferred • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills • Demonstrated ability to motivate, lead, and develop high-performing teams
