📋 Description

• Manage the full production cycle from issuing vendor purchase orders through production monitoring and shipment across all product categories • Develop and maintain weekly WIP reports and production timelines • Anticipate issues, analyze root causes, implement solutions, and minimize production risks • Build and maintain partnerships with overseas vendors, including weekly check-ins and guidance • Collaborate with Product Development, Technical Design, QA, and Sourcing teams to ensure design intent and quality standards • Ensure production meets regulatory and sustainability requirements across the U.S., EU, Canada, Australia, and other markets • Maintain production documentation and provide visibility to leadership and cross-functional teams • Drive process improvements for accuracy, speed, efficiency, and scalability • Manage production across apparel, kids and pet apparel, home, handbags, luggage, and accessories • Lead end-to-end strategic supply-chain projects • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, milestones, and resource allocations • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, facilitate status meetings, and provide executive dashboards • Identify and mitigate project risks, develop contingency plans, and escalate critical issues with recommended solutions • Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and systems, including training and change-management support • Liaise between internal teams and external vendors, consultants, and technology providers

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in apparel production management • 5+ years of people management and cross-functional team leadership experience • 3+ years of project management experience • Expert knowledge of apparel production processes, timelines, global-market compliance standards, and product costing • Proven experience managing overseas vendors and large-scale, complex production operations • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, pivot tables, PowerPoint, or similar BI tools • Strong proficiency in Slack, WhatsApp, Google Meet, Zoom, or similar digital collaboration tools • Exceptional problem-solving skills • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to leadership and influencing stakeholders • Willingness and ability to travel internationally for vendor visits, audits, and production oversight
