📋 Description

• Own and evolve the Intelligence domain vision • Write and maintain a 12–18 month AI product thesis • Lead the Skubot agent platform, action/capability catalog, agent permissions, and public MCP surface end-to-end • Design credit pricing, packaging, and overage strategies • Quantify labor hours displaced and revenue enabled for distributors • Establish in-product analytics, LLM observability, traces, token-cost tracking, and adoption baselines • Test hypotheses and ship reliable, safe agent write-actions with confirmation flows and auditability • Translate technical agent capabilities into clear PRDs • Work directly with engineers on design details • Engage with users weekly through discovery calls, beta feedback, and adoption check-ins • Triage backlogs and balance improvements across reporting, CRM, mockups, and notifications • Share progress, economics, and tradeoffs with leadership • Advocate for agent capabilities internally and across the skummunity

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product experience • Experience successfully shipping agents, LLM-powered features, APIs, or complex technical products to production • Strong quantitative and AI fluency • Experience with usage-based monetization models • Experience with LLM behavior and observability • Experience with product analytics tools such as SQL, Metabase, or Fullstory • Ability to formulate and defend an independent product thesis • Ability to translate high-level vision into clear engineering direction and measurable business impact • Ability to work independently and asynchronously while prioritizing collaboration • Experience with AI, or excitement for working with AI • Familiarity with LLM observability tooling such as Langfuse, continuous delivery practices, or agent safety design is a bonus • Eligible to work in Canada, excluding Quebec
