📋 Description

• Support onboarding of new Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and pharmacy partners • Manage and update contracts and documentation for audit-readiness • Monitor performance dashboards and pharmacy claims for accuracy • Analyze prescription data to identify new partnership opportunities • Investigate claim mismatches and request reversals when needed • Maintain provider lists and support credentialing tasks • Support audits, reports, and participation in the 340B Oversight Committee • Create presentations and schedule program-related meetings • Act as a resource for internal and external 340B-related communications

🎯 Requirements

• High School/GED required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in healthcare data analysis or pharmacy operations required • 340B experience highly preferred • Microsoft Excel experience required • Auditing experience preferred • 340B University completion preferred, or completion of the 340B University training program within three (3) months of hire date • CPhT certification preferred
