📋 Description

• Provide trauma-informed and person-centered crisis intervention via phone • Assess caller needs, screen for safety, and connect to appropriate services or resources • Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure coordinated care • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency standards • Participate in supervision and team meetings to support continuous improvement • Support individuals in rural communities and help ensure access to care

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or completion of 60 college credit hours required • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field preferred • At least one (1) year of experience in behavioral health or human services if Associate degree is the highest degree obtained • Working knowledge of DSM-V required • Ability to excel at active listening and communicate with empathy and professionalism • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive team • Commitment to connection and recovery for every individual served • Alignment with Compass Health Network’s mission to Inspire Hope.
