โข Oversee Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants providing pain management services โข Supervise telemedicine providers to ensure quality of care โข Review patient documentation and provide feedback โข Guide providers on evidence-based pain management protocols โข Support individualized treatment planning for geriatric and medically complex patients โข Be available for provider consultation, case review, and clinical guidance โข Participate in monthly provider meetings โข Ensure compliance with Medicare, DEA, and Kansas state regulations
๐ฏ Requirements
โข Active MD or DO license in Kansas โข Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Management, Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Palliative Care, or related specialty โข Active DEA registration in good standing โข Medicare-enrolled provider โข Experience supervising NPs/PAs and/or telemedicine providers preferred โข Experience working with geriatric, chronic pain, palliative, or post-acute care populations preferred โข Strong understanding of safe opioid prescribing and multidisciplinary pain management approaches
