📋 Description

• Serve as the primary People Operations partner for assigned ambulatory surgery centers, building trusted relationships with center leaders and team members • Partner with leadership teams to support team member engagement, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness • Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations matters • Support employees and managers through organizational change • Partner with leaders to strengthen manager capability through coaching, feedback, and practical tools • Identify trends and opportunities across supported centers and collaborate with the broader People Operations team on solutions • Help reinforce Compass culture, values, and operating practices across diverse teams and locations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in an HR generalist, HR business partner, or similar role • Experience supporting leaders and employees in a dynamic, multi-site, or field-based environment • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law fundamentals, and compliance considerations • Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with employees and leaders at all levels • Strong judgment and discretion when managing confidential team member information and sensitive situations • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple locations, competing needs, and evolving priorities independently
