📋 Description

• Complete initial intake evaluations to determine diagnosis and program appropriateness • Utilize CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based therapies • Oversee patients’ initial and continuing insurance needs • Meet with patients individually to assess progress and guide treatment planning • Coordinate care with patients’ individual providers • Assess patient progress and need for higher level of care or discharge • Communicate with patients’ family members or support systems when indicated • Chart in the electronic medical records system • Engage in crisis management • Provide group therapy as needed • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans • Collaborate with outpatient teams and lead patients through their overall treatment program • Partner with Group Therapists, Family Therapists, and Prescribers to provide comprehensive care

🎯 Requirements

• Psychologist or Master’s-level therapist with clinical license (required) • Knowledge and experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based therapies • Experience with patients in crisis • Approximately 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Central Time hours • Preference for candidates based in Illinois or Minnesota with an active, full clinical license • 2+ years of clinical work experience post-Master’s (strongly preferred) • Prior experience in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, inpatient hospital, or residential settings ideally preferred
