📋 Description

• Support responsible AI enablement across global MERL, regional, and National Office workflows • Support an initiative equipping National Offices and potentially frontline church partners to use AI as a data consultant • Compile and generate simple reports on high volumes of data to measure program inputs, outputs, and outcomes • Aid partnership facilitators, program support teams, and church partners as directed • Use tools and instruments to assist program teams with empirical assessment • Format monitoring and evaluation reports to inform program design • Monitor partner compliance with program quality standards, procedures, and policies • Provide resources on intervention milestones, financial report status, child development milestones, partner maturity progress, and other programmatic aspects • Track child-focused data dashboards and critical program dimensions and performance • Assist with budgeting and planning for data collections and monitoring and evaluation activities in National Offices • Uphold child protection commitments, report concerns, and support holistic child development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field • Experience working in a global team • Experience using data analysis to collect insights • Equivalent education, training and/or certification may be substituted for the stated experience and education • Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ • Consistently witnesses for Jesus Christ and maintains a courteous, Christ-like attitude • Commits to child protection and abides by Compassion’s Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct • Reports concerns of child abuse, neglect, or exploitation through Compassion’s internal reporting process • Upholds and engages in Compassion’s core Cultural Behaviors • Actively seeks further knowledge of industry standards, national policies, and best practices
