📋 Description

• Plan, monitor, and manage internal marketing projects from planning through close out for Compassion’s Supporter Experience team • Lead the planning and build phases of a variety of marketing initiatives, including print collateral, landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital deliverables • Secure required resources and apply formal project management processes and tools to manage timelines, budgets, risks, and change control • Facilitate sprint planning, quarterly planning, stand up meetings, and other foundational meetings to ensure project alignment and momentum • Build and maintain project schedules, monitor project health, and communicate status updates to stakeholders. • Organize team members, and ensuring that materials and equipment resources are delivered on time. Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent education, training and/or certification • Three years relevant experience as a project manager; experience managing projects in marketing contexts strongly preferred • Demonstrated experience using a project management system for project/program/portfolio management; Workfront experience preferred • Familiarity with agile methodologies including working in Sprints and performing backlog refinement.
