📋 Description

• Help coordinate agile teams to support multiple DHS focused applications utilizing the ServiceNow platform • Serve as a key partner to the Program Manager in leading multiple sub-teams • Advise and engage the client on key operational and strategic priorities • Track and support completion of high-quality deliverables • Assist with team management tasks • Conduct daily scrum stand-up meetings • Facilitate Sprint planning meetings • Coordinate Sprint reviews, retrospectives, and burn-down charts • Define all project activities and milestones required to meet objectives and deliverables • Monitor program execution to identify obstacles/deviations from plan • Conduct continuous risk assessment and management • Work with stakeholders to develop metrics and create reports for tracking metrics and program execution • Manage the contract, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance • Develop plans, assign tasks, monitor performance, communicate progress, resolve conflicts, and escalate issues • Maintain detailed and up-to-date project documentation • Ensure all project deliverables adhere to established quality standards, regulatory guidelines, and agency policies • Proactively identify, assess, and communicate potential risks associated with project development and execution

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years total experience in software development • 6+ years of IT Project Management experience • 1+ years’ experience with JIRA or other requirements work tracking tools • Current active Public Trust Clearance • US Citizenship required • 3+ years’ experience managing distributed teams in support of geographically dispersed customers (preferred) • 3+ years’ experience with Agile methodology (preferred) • 1+ years of experience managing ServiceNow projects (preferred) • Prior business analyst experience (preferred) • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred) • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification (preferred) • The ability to proactively communicate with federal clients and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment with a shifting landscape (preferred) • The ability to work closely with and explain technical concept/solutions to non-technical client stakeholders (preferred)
