📋 Description

• Conduct business process analysis and design future-state processes for Capital Markets operations, trading, and investment management functions. • Lead workshops with stakeholders across trading, operations, compliance, and portfolio management to align requirements and translate them into actionable solutions. • Drive process optimization and operating model redesign to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and regulatory compliance. • Guide clients from ideation through implementation of new systems, reporting tools, or operational workflows, with a focus on user adoption and sustainable change. • Partner with technology teams to ensure business needs are reflected in system design and implementation. • Support change management efforts, including training, communications, and adoption strategies, for complex financial products and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of consulting or industry experience in business transformation, solution design, or process optimization. • Strong background in business process design, change management, and transformation initiatives. • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders. • Experience working with or alongside technology teams, with comfort in bridging business and technical needs. • Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and how data informs process design. • Knowledge of financial products (derivatives, equities, fixed income, FX, commodities, etc.) and or relevant industries such as investment banking, custody, fund administration, or asset management. • A track record of delivering complex projects where organizational adoption was critical to success.
