📋 Description

• Deliver CRM, sales automation, and enterprise business application solutions • Provide functional leadership for Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Engagement implementations • Lead discovery workshops and develop requirements, process flows, user stories, fit-gap assessments, and functional specifications • Define migration scope, source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, data validation, and reconciliation • Define integration, security, and reporting requirements • Lead testing, UAT, training, cutover, and post-go-live support • Collaborate with business leaders, Solution Architects, Developers, Data Engineers, and Project Managers • Produce current-state and future-state process documentation • Create business requirements, functional designs, acceptance criteria, configuration workbooks, and requirements traceability • Prepare migration mappings, data dictionaries, validation criteria, test scripts, UAT plans, defect records, business sign-offs, training materials, cutover checklists, and support documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience delivering CRM, sales automation, or enterprise business application solutions, including at least 5 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement experience • Significant functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales and experience as a Senior Functional Consultant or Functional Lead • Strong understanding of lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, quoting, pipeline management, and order handoff • Proven experience leading discovery workshops and developing requirements, process flows, user stories, fit-gap assessments, and functional specifications • Strong experience defining migration scope, source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, data validation, and reconciliation • Working knowledge of Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 integrations • Experience defining integration requirements and supporting enterprise system implementations • Experience leading testing, UAT, training, cutover, and post-go-live support • Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, presentation, and problem-solving skills • Ability to collaborate with business leaders, Solution Architects, Developers, Data Engineers, and Project Managers • Experience with Azure DevOps or a comparable delivery platform • Preferred: Enterprise CRM assessments, modernization programs, and migrations from legacy CRM platforms or Salesforce • Preferred: Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service, or Contact Center • Preferred: Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management or Business Central integrations • Preferred: Familiarity with Copilot Studio, AI-enabled sales processes, Microsoft Fabric, and enterprise analytics • Preferred: Experience supporting global, multi-entity, multi-brand, or multi-territory organizations • Preferred: Consulting or systems integration experience, familiarity with Microsoft FastTrack practices, and exposure to regulated industries • Preferred: Ability to mentor Functional Consultants and Business Analysts • Preferred: Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
