📋 Description

• Shape data demand at source • Lead the definition of complex business and data requirements • Translate strategy into delivery • Drive prioritization and alignment • Lead backlog refinement sessions • Map business processes and identify where data can improve efficiency • Help establish consistent ways of working across North America • Ensure documentation is clear, consistent, and traceable • Identify and manage risks across the data demand pipeline • Work closely with Engagement Leads, Strategic Directors, and GIS teams • Mentor and develop others

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in business analysis or data consulting, working with senior stakeholders • Ability to translate complex business problems into clear, prioritized requirements and user stories • Proven ability to lead through influence and drive consensus across competing priorities • Experience working in a B2B, customer-facing or sales-led environment • Comfortable engaging across commercial teams, operational stakeholders, and technical delivery teams • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data management principles • Experience working with multiple data sources and structured delivery frameworks (ITOM or ITIL)
