📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for business customers and provide active travel consultation • Use BCD Travel tools and systems to complete customer requests • Search and confirm travel reservations • Interpret client travel policies and guide customers accordingly • Provide travel offers and general travel advice • Respond to requests accurately and completely • Apply travel supplier rules • Maintain and expand knowledge of supported travel industries • Provide information on low fares, exchange costs, penalties, and visa information • Fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations • Support BCD Travel and client-driven initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in corporate travel, business travel, or a related customer-focused travel environment • Strong understanding of travel industry practices, policies, and booking processes • Experience working with GDS Sabre • Flexibility to work schedules supporting business and customer needs • Availability Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. PT for a dedicated account • Strong knowledge of travel supplier rules and applicable DOT, TSA, passport, and visa regulations
